A few answers.
A direct way to ask.
Find the practical details below, or get in touch if you need help with the app.
What can I record in Migraine Tracker?
Record an attack’s start and end time, pain intensity and location, symptoms, suspected triggers, medications and notes. You can also add or edit past attacks in the calendar.
Is Migraine Tracker free?
The app is free to download, with in-app purchases. Premium includes extended reports, PDF exports, the Apple Watch companion, Live Activities and other features. See the App Store and the in-app purchase screen for current plans and pricing.
Can I share a migraine report with my doctor?
Yes. Premium lets you generate a PDF report with recorded headache days, acute medication days, average pain, a calendar and monthly summaries. You can also export attack data as CSV or JSON. A sample PDF is available on this website.
Does it work with Apple Watch and Apple Health?
The Premium Apple Watch companion lets you record attack information and view an active attack. The Premium sleep card uses Apple Health with your permission, when sleep data is available.
Can the app tell me what causes my migraines?
Recorded patterns can give you something concrete to discuss with a clinician. They do not establish a cause, diagnose migraine or predict your next attack. Migraine Tracker is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for medical care.
Is there an Android version?
Migraine Tracker is available for iPhone and Apple Watch. There is currently no Android version. Check the App Store listing for device and operating system requirements.
Why is my sleep information missing?
The Premium sleep card needs permission to read relevant Apple Health data, and sleep data must be available. Check the permissions you have granted in Apple Health and whether it has sleep records. If the card still seems wrong, contact support with your app and iOS versions.
Are CSV and JSON exports full app backups?
No. They export attack data. Do not rely on them as a complete backup of every app setting and record.
Where can I find the privacy policy?
The app’s privacy policy is on this website at migrainetrack.app/privacy/ and is linked from the App Store listing. It describes what stays on your device, Apple Health, location and weather, subscriptions, usage analytics and crash reporting. The Terms of Use are at migrainetrack.app/terms/.
